If you are new to our services we offer Comparable Sales Reports and Title searches for Manufactured Homes in California. The reports are available 24/7 and will give you comps for all homes sold in your selected park during the past two years and Title searches by Decal number. Comparable Sales are updated weekly.

FEES
1. Prepaid quarterly. Dealers $300, Appraisers and Escrow companies $450, Lenders $600.
2. Add $75 per quarter and list your home inventory using our inventory management tool. Your homes will appear as homes for sale on this site and you can link to your own site if desired.
3. Individual reports can be sent fax or email at $25 each.
