California Comparable Sales Reports

www.mhousing.com member services allow you to receive comparable sales reports and title searches on manufactured homes within the state of California. There are two methods for receiving the comparable sales reports. You can choose the method that would work best for your situation.

The pre-paid quarterly price varies according to the type of business. On line access to the California comparable sales reports and title searches is $300 for retailers, $450 for appraisers, escrow companies, and large retailers, and $600 for lenders. You can receive a 5% discount if you pre-pay for the service for one year.

Members receive a unique userid and password. The comps and title searches are available anytime from www.mhousing.com. The online reports will give you comparable sales information on all of the homes sold in your selected park for the past two years and the ability to do title searches by decal number. The comparable sales database is updated weekly.

With your membership for an additional $25 per month you can also list your home inventory on www.mhousing.com. This is an inventory management tool and the homes that you select will appear as homes for sale on mhousing.com. It is also possible to link your home inventory list so it will appear on you web site.

We also have a per report email/fax service. We can email or fax your comparable sales reports for $25 per report. These reports will give you comparable sales information on all of the homes sold in your selected park for the past two years.
