If you are new to our services we offer Comparable Sales Reports and Title searches for Manufactured Homes in California. The reports are available 24/7 and will give you comps for all homes sold in your selected park during the past two years and Title searches by Decal number. Comparable Sales are updated weekly.

Cost of Services

Prepaid Quarterly Service - Dealers $300, Appraisers and Escrow companies $450, Lenders $600.

Individual reports can be sent via fax or email at $25 per report. This report will have 2 years of sales within your selected park.
